Based on reviews I sized up to 6 - normally I'm a 5, and they fit well. The sole is hard which I don't have a problem with, and the straps are super soft and comfy. Haven't worn them beyond the garden so can't comment on how comfy they are during prolonged wear. I also think that they look much better in real life and that the pictures online don't do them justice.
