Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate is accountable for providing exceptional customer service and a customer experience that meets the requirements of the hush brand lifestyle, delights the customer, and supports the achievement of multiple concession targets.
You must have a hands on approach, with experience of visual merchandising in store.
Candidates must be confident in engaging with John Lewis store team as this is an integral part to the role, ensuring all operations are being completed and creating a functional trading environment. These relationships built are to be utilised to raise brand awareness in store as well as spot commercial opportunity.
Our ideal candidate will have no less than 2 years of retail, visual merchandising and customer service experience within a similar environment and have great knowledge of the fashion industry.

Due to recent internal promotions and team growth Hush are looking for a Merchandiser to join our high performing Merchandising team. Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will own the merchandising strategy for the department and effectively manage stock and sales in season to maximise profit and minimise risk.
This role would be perfect for someone currently operating at Merchandiser level within a fashion brand, looking for a new challenge within a business undergoing exciting growth.
We are currently operating a hybrid working approach with c. 3 days per week in our beautiful office space in Clapham Old Town.
As a Merchandiser at hush your responsibilities are:• Produce balanced option plans for the department with clear reasoning behind ROS assumptions, options and depth of buy, ensuring the handover to Design and Buying is aligned with critical path dates.
• Work closely with the Buyer to ensure range plans clearly provide a balanced range and pricing strategy, in line with brand values.
• Review current trade and historical performance to identify risks and opportunities in future product ranges and work closely with the buyer to address these.
• Take into consideration the concessions offer when building ranges, ensuring grading is carefully considered to optimise sales.
• Plan line buys for future seasons in line with category sales and OTB plans.
• Work with the Buying team to ensure margin/MOQ/vendor issues are flagged and resolved before buy meetings so that solutions can be found in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the E-commerce team to ensure online offers are being optimised.
• To understand, prioritise and work to the critical dates and deadlines in the planning process.
• Provides clarity to current opportunities and risks, providing effective plans of action, seeks agreement and updates upon completion.
• Take ownership and manage stock and sales using the WSSI and ensure that each product area is effectively and accurately forecast hitting agreed KPI targets.
• Manage the markdown proposition and suggest promotional/product activity to drive sales and margin.
• Lead and develop an AM, ensuring they are supported and delivering their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Be capable of independent working and decision making but a strong team player, ready to support your peers as required.

The Role:We are looking for a high-energy, influential, and sales-driven person to co-host live shopping videos for the hush website, and to represent hush from a personal styling and clientele perspective. This person will be comfortable interacting with and selling to customers, across all channels including video, chat, email, calls, social, and potentially in person.
Responsibilities:• Co-host live shopping videos, manage any queries and develop potential opportunities that arise from these.
• Work with our stylist to discuss the collections, and plan shopping videos that will help hit video sales targets.
• Work with buying and design to understand the stories and inspirations behind the collections.
• Introduce and promote products to increase sales, product awareness and customer engagement through livestream and appointments.
• Kickstart personal styling programme and manage ongoing 1-1 appointments.
• To recognise what clients want and tailor your pitch accordingly.

• Maintain clientelling list for the personal styling service, new product launches and events.

The Customer Service team prides itself on going that extra mile; dealing with practical issues and taking away any difficulties the customers may have. This role is integral to the business, you are the voice of the customer and the first point of contact in the business.

The Role:The team are looking for a wonderful Garment Technologist to support the Design, PD and Suppliers to develop products through all stages of the process, from sample development to production. They will need to drive a high standard of fit, construction, quality, fabric and performance integrity, as well as provide suppliers with technical data and feedback on fits, via Fit Approvals, Lab Tests and AQL, legal and safety compliance. This candidate will also oversee the day to day running of categories and develop specification sheets for new shapes and designs, ensuring technical capability of the supply base with a view to maintain customer satisfaction and minimise returns..
Responsibilities:• Working within the team through the development stages of the product; liaising where necessary with the relevant product teams.
• Help the senior tech for this category, ensuring samples are fully prepped and by working closely with design and buying teams to ensure aesthetic and quality attributes are achieved.
• Working with the senior tech to build tech packs and send out to suppliers to the required critical path.
• Maintaining the Shipment sample and AQL requirements.
• Uploading all sample information to our tracker each season.
• Participating with the technical team on shared projects to deliver the business objectives.

The Role:
We have an exciting role to join our Branch Merchandising team as an Allocator. This is a great opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic graduate with retail experience looking to join a fast-paced growing business.
Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain stock data accuracy and integrity to ensure accurate sales reporting and analysis.
• Process daily sales/returns.
• Execute the release of initial product allocations to stores.
• Allocate replenishment from the stock pot based on sales across the store portfolio, ensuring that the stock is in the best place to maximise sales.
• Look at styles underperforming at store level and challenge store consultants to improve sales.
• Generate warehouse orders and check packing lists for store deliveries, liaising with the distribution centre throughout the process.
• Ensure that team reports are regularly updated and accurate.
• Communicate transfer requests to stores and liaise with the warehouse to ensure stock is booked back in in a timely manner.
• Ensure newness launches smoothly by collating product information in a timely manner and conducting regular checks of the website.

• Maintain regular contact with stores regarding stock issues, delivery information and ad hoc queries.
• Understand total business stock holding to try and maximise sales across all channels, making recommendations for moving stock between channels.
