Order before 8pm weekdays for next day delivery (before 1pm on Bank Holidays and 12pm on Sundays) for Next Day* delivery. Orders placed after 8pm will arrive within 2 days. If you have chosen the collection option, Royal Mail will contact you via email and SMS to confirm your order is ready to collect. Please do not attempt to collect your order until you have received this. Please remember to bring a valid form of I.D with you as advised on the Royal Mail website. Your order will be held for a maximum of 18 days, after this time it will be returned to hush and you will be issued a refund in line with our returns policy.
*Royal Mail can’t promise a guaranteed next day delivery to these postcodes - HS, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44, TR21-TR25, ZE2-ZE3.
Orders placed after 8pm Friday until 12pm Sunday will arrive on Monday as there is no Sunday delivery.
